• Timeframe: You may request a full refund within 7-days of your purchase date.
• Reason for Return: We will issue a full refund if the knowledge base content is demonstrably inaccurate, incomplete, or does not address the problem you were seeking to solve.
• Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for:
  • Dealers who have not used the knowledge base.
  • Subscribers who have used the knowledge base but are not satisfied with the results.
  • Subscribers who have not contacted us to request a refund within the 7-day timeframe.
  • Vehicles sold AS IS.
  • Fraudulent information given on Financing applications.
  • A lost or stolen dealer tag.

4. Refund Process:  If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method.
